The Southlake rentals management team is brokered by Evans Realty and continues to offer full-service property management in Lake County.
Evans Realty was established in 2023. Evans Realty can assist landlords with all aspects of property management from purchasing an investment home to finding and placing a tenant to managing the property to selling. The management team of Evans Realty consists of Katy Evans, Greg Evans, and Keri Griffin. Katy earned her broker's license in 2006 and has worked as the bookkeeper at Southlake Rentals since 2007 as well as many other aspects of property management and sales. Before establishing Evans Realty she worked as a broker associate at Century 21 Epic and as a loan officer. She is a graduate of UC Davis. Greg earned his real estate license in 2003 and hung it with Century 21 until 2024 when he moved to Evans Realty. Greg has been a property manager since 2003. Keri Griffin is the office admin and coordinates rental leads and processes rental applications.
